This gathering will be held in honor of Irina Hmelnitsky, our beloved community member, who recently left us in her body but is with us in her courage and spirit. We will be talking about thinking, reason, what reason is, what reason is not, and what Mathematicians have to say about personal growth. We will center our discussion around what mathematicians are interested in deep in their hearts and whether it is possible to transfer mathematical quests into other domains of human functioning.
